Who will see you
Dr. Eduardo Bitter
One of the most experienced veterinary surgeons in the country: almost four decades in practice and close to 100,000 patients on his record.

A track record that cannot be improvised
Dr. Eduardo Bitter has been practising veterinary medicine for almost forty years. Along the way he has treated close to 100,000 patients: dogs and cats who arrived as puppies and kittens, came back for their yearly vaccine, and kept coming their whole lives.
That experience is what makes the difference when a case is not by the book. A diagnosis that drags is a treatment that arrives late, and in veterinary medicine time counts.
The clinic is in Plaza Escazú, San Rafael de Escazú and is deliberately small: a space where there is time to talk through what is wrong with your pet and what is going to be done about it.
- Almost four decades of practice
- Close to 100,000 patients treated. When something is out of the ordinary, he has seen it before.
- Small clinic, direct care
- Your pet is not a file number here. The vet sees them — not whoever is on rotation.
- Spanish, English and Portuguese
- A good part of Escazú is an international community. Here you are understood in your own language.
- Everything under one roof
- Check-ups, lab work, X-rays, surgery, hospital stays and grooming, without being sent elsewhere.
The clinic
A welcoming clinic, for your pet and for you
This is what boutique means here: a comfortable room, warm light and space for your pet to wait calmly instead of shivering in a cold hall.
